Lunch options are flexible and tailored to your event, with choices including a deli salad and sandwich platter, hot and cold finger buffet or a two-course hot and cold buffet using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. AV equipment, including LCD TV screens, projectors and flipcharts, is provided to support presentations and collaboration.
