M Shed offers a range of adaptable meeting and conference spaces designed to suit different group sizes and formats. The Harbour View and Waterside Suites provide open-plan layouts with natural light and panoramic harbour views, supporting presentations, seminars and larger delegate events. The Studios offer a more contained environment for training sessions, workshops and breakout meetings, while still retaining the character of the building.
Integrated AV, reliable Wi-Fi and practical layouts support productive working days. Seasonal catering options are designed to keep delegates energised, with refreshments and lunches served seamlessly around the agenda. Accessible facilities across the venue ensure all guests can participate comfortably. Event managers oversee every detail in advance and on the day, allowing organisers to focus on their objectives.
